A return fee will be deducted from the refund (€5.99 if you choose our carrier).

If you choose a Gift Card refund, the return fee is waived.

For orders outside Spain (or if you prefer), you may return the item with a carrier of your choice at your own cost. D.Franklin does not cover return shipping costs. Please keep proof of shipment.
